Recently renovated and fully furnished throughout, this private five bedroom home provides over 3,600 square feet of extraordinary comfort and amenities to create the perfect Las Vegas getaway. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, relax in the poolside lounge or unwind from a day full of activities with a soak in the hot tub.
The grand entry to the home opens to an inviting open living room, formal dining area, pool table area and gourmet kitchen. Upgraded amenities throughout including a fully stocked kitchen, large island, top of the line appliances, counter height seating, mini bar area and walk-outs to private pool, hot tub and patio dining area.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings and all include Smart HDTVs. Home features two master bedrooms each with comfy futons providing additional sleeping space, private en suite bathrooms with steam shower, Smart HDTVs and private pool walk-out access in the first master bedroom.
Spacious open concept living room with large comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, pool table, two rollaway beds for additional sleeping options, walk-outs to private pool, hot tub, patio with outdoor dining table, yard games, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking in the garage or driveway and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well.
